I would get that braced so there is less chance of movement. weld a bar across the door frame.
You say you have front floor, front floor well and front/rear floor which are you planning on using. I'm not to sure what you should weld in first, But I would have cut out less and just replace a panel at a time if possible.

Refer to the other doorstep for measurement then weld in the new doorsep first and then make your way round as you please whilst checking back that the door frame is still straight and the correct measurements from the other side, also measure from inner sill to inner sill so you dont get that alingnment wrong, that should be 160.7 mm or there abouts

And don't forget to refit the door to check the fitment, before you've fully welded it in, there may be a large gap at the bottom.

Ye gods, that's a mess!
I'd advise stop chopping and start adding. You can tack weld just for now if you know what you're welding to is to be chopped out later if that makes sense.
Good luck :)

Crikey "Bull in a china shop" springs to mind. Certainly can't fault you for getting stuck in.
When you say "these are the patrs i got"
front floor
inner sill
outer sill
froni floor well
door step
FRONT/REAR FLOOR & JP.TO 1st GROOVE SALOON 6 FLUTE RH
Do you mean that you have bought all these panels as essentially the 3 in bold are the same?
As other have said I'd brace the door pillars as you've cut a fair amount out there a bit soon.

Other than that I'd probably measure up and fit the door step first to get some strength back, then move on to the footwell, inner sill and finally the outer sill.
But that's just my inexperienced opinion.
