Which Wiring Loom In Haynes

Best Answer KernowCooper , 11 October 2013 - 09:56 AM

I've a different year book (69-88) to yours and mine has a listing for 1979 on-84

The 12A.29 Year (69-2000) has the listing for triple instraments and the but otherwise is workable, just check in the electrical section on the BS Wiring Colours I Put up and print a copy off to work with.

If you have any questions just shout

The earlier mini engine looms differed a bit to the later ones on the Ballast wiring for the coil otherwise its again very similar, its not until the SPI/MPI the looms massivly differ.

I own a mini Mayfair 998cc registered 01 02 83 on a Y plate
I purchased a loom from Autosparks- Mini mk4 1981-1982 main harness for Mayfair (no loom for 1983):
My question is which diagram do I follow in the Haynes manual.
I am thinking 12A.29 or 12A.35.
Please advise.

Regards
Kaz
