I am planning on buying 4 spot tamps for the front of my mini, but not sure what ill need :/ these are the ones i want to get http://www.minisport...e-lamp-set.html

but will i need anything else? fixings, wiring? and is it possible to make them low beam + high beam?

I've just got a set of them, You'll need wiring and mounting brackets. they do a kit for wireing them but I'm planning on making one with the help of dad.

I brought a two pairs and they just arrive today, it says it came with the brackets but I can't tell how to attach?

Can't you remove the brackets that are currently on the spotlights, and replace with mini MPI spotlight brackets. If you only have two, the holes are pre-drilled on the body.
