as with everything it is difficult to visualise what an exhaust will look like untill it is fitted.
i would like to know what you have on your minis so i can get a better idea of what to go for.
i was thinking of a single up-swept centre exit. cool? please give me your thoughts.

However a decent 2" system should be fine for a Tuned Turbo motor...

:wales: That's much the same as my Dad said to me Phil, at the time I was runnning a 1275 with stage 3 head, 286 kent cam and single 1 3/4 carb. It went like hell, straight into a wall as I hadn't uprated the brakes. Oops  :tongue:Back pressure limits exhaust efficiency, so obviously to small a bore exhaust will limit power. On the other hand to large an exhaust will produce very slow gas speeds so the exhaust gases will not be extracted from the engine properly, this is why big exhausts do not work on a standard 998 for example....
