What's the story with the cab back and loadbay floor as these aren't original spec. V5 may say pickup but is it a genuine pickup shell or converted from another style.? Modifications on pickups normally mean they are worth less money.

This is original/genuine shell, car was bought from farmer in Lancashire in may 2007.It took 3 years to restore this car.Cab back and loading bay have small minor modifications just to make driver live easier. You can always come back to old style and fit standart loading bay cover.

No external hinges and the gap from roof to door aperture looks small. Are you sure this isn't a modified clubby estate shell?

I agree with minihobbymini with the mk3 doors, it's seriously affected its value as an original pickup, however, I still think its above 6k. Custom pickups hold their value more than any other custom mini variant simply because there are so few pickups available on the market... If someone wanted to they could return it to mk1/2 doors.

Thats not the same car bud.
I can see at least ten reasons to say that too. The pickup door will not fit the aperture of MK3 onwards type shell. Earlier you stated that it was minor cab back alterations. Now you are saying that you have cut the roof line above the doors, Cut and changed the A pillar/post. Cut and changed the B pillar/post. Changed the inner wings to later type. Changed the bulkhead to a later type, Changed the bonnet hinge location and type etc etc?
Its a lovely modded motor thats based on a clubby estate. Nothing to be ashamed of and the work looks fantastic. Should see around £5k on a bad day and £6k+ on a good day.
Looks like the roof and rear quarter sections have been grafted from the pick-up shell pictured onto your clubby estate and then you have used the pickup ID?
Great look about it tho, Lovely stance

I'd have to agree that this isn't a pick up, at least not in the purest sense. There's a lot of pick up parts on this, but it does look like a converted clubman estate to me as well.
