There was a post by some one a while ago saying that a member of a forum had been taking note of someones possesions, and by various posts had found out where they lived, and ultimately took it all for himself.

Just be careful, all I'm saying. :D

Christ, that ice should be hard to find despite its size. Who needs an engine when you've got alot of current.

Which ones?

The back ones?
I picked them up for £10 the set, from a scrappy, but when i got them, they were no-where-near that colour... but thanks to a bit of auto-glem Vinal cleaner.... thats how they look now!

well I would - but it's all on my bedroom floor ATM, so it's not really all that impressive :w00t:

Alpine V12 amp - capable of running as a fully active crossover
Alpine 6.5" comps - running an active crossover
Kenwood KDC-7080R HU (hey, it only cost me £30!)
Front pods made by DanStwo
cheapo mutant amp for sub
cheapo JBL 10" sub, to be fitted in an aperiodic membrane enclosure

Mind you, I've got to finish rebuilding the car before all that goes into it :w00t:

oh yeah, using lead, roof flashing, and closed-cell foam for sound deadening as well

my first proper install,
Posted Image

the first install in my current mini,
Posted Image

then built this,
Posted Image
and recorded a 129.8db at a sound off at just over half volume,

then built this a couple of weeks ago,
Posted Image

but after getting annoyed and running outta time before the shows,

I took it out and made this in a couple of days,
Posted Image
At bristol miniday 2day I had it recorded at 129.6, and its not working properly,

So, as there is not a show for a month I am goin to refit the fiberglass install and might enter a couple of IASCA sound off comps.

this is what it will look like with the subs in,
Posted Image

Sorry for the essay, but I love my sounds. lol

Phil... can i ask a favor...
Could u PM or email me, on hoe u made the pods please!!

Me too please, would much appreciate knowing how you fixed them in place.

cheers
