Hello,

 

mine name is Jakub, I am from Czech rep. and when start this year I buy mine first Mini :). It is model Austin Mini HLE year 1983 998 ccm. It is in original condition - motor works.

 

Mini have few defect:

 

Bad front wing

Brakes dont work

Wrong steering wheel

 

and some small defect :).

 

Mine plan is - make restore - 100% of Mini to original condition. I try search this model on web, but very, very small info about HLE model.

It's nice to read you're going down the original route - so few of the standard non-LE models exist now.

Mini rare in CZ? I don't see Mini every day in Czech Rep. But we have "fan club/forum" - http://classic.minicooperklub.cz/ and here you can see nice Mini´s in CZ :).
