Does anyone know the front to back measurement of the automatic transmission sub-frame?

Or any other way to tell someone the difference?

I know it has to be bigger than the manual, but need how to identify it.

The one I've got from a '93 auto........

The front crossmember isn't flat - it bulges out between the teardrop mounting holes. The sides where the engine mounts are further apart than a manual frame (hence adding blocks if you are fitting a manual lump in an auto frame). The flange at the bottom of the sides is noticeably narrower (almost non-existant in places) than on a manual frame.
