yep  I used up all the material

if im honest it's taken longer to cross refenence actual names to paypal id's and TMF usernames than to make the plates!

still not got everything correct, !!

should be posted out tomorrow

thanks everyone

All sorted except 2. One looks obvious but I want to be certain but the other looks more difficult to track down! Got one that I can't track who says he's sent money but nothing in my paypal or email!,

Took about 15 mins to draw the artwork, 10 to set up the laser and 2 to collect the parts. All done in about half an hour. But so far 3 bloomin hours to cross reference email, names, forum names, addresses and paypal names. Why so difficult!?!

must admit it's been a bu**er sorting out who's who and not something I'd want to do again. Rest assured now they are all in the post except one who I've contacted by pm to say I've not had payment, even though he thinks he's sent it.

I could do more but I'd need to buy a full sheet of material at £75 and I'd get about 20-25 out of a sheet. I could do this batch because the material we used had quite a large area of wastage and the laser is very good at cutting accurately where ever you point it. if I did do more I'd want a better way of cross referencing whos who.

to those still interested keep your eyes peeled, I may offer again when I've recovered!

thanks to those who paid and special thanks to those who gave a little extra to cover payapl fees - I think I'll go back to spannering my mini for a break!

cheers

Thanks for the positive comments. I got a top tip from here about removing the heater knob. Warm it first with a hair dryer or hot air gun to soften it and then it will pull off quite easily.

Happy to be of service too

Cheers
