Shouldn't make any noticeable difference but that is depending on how squashed it is, from the picture it doesn't look too bad

So finally fitted the stage one kit, only took three days, first start and it wasn't revving well, was bogging down then it started smoking, which maid me worried but I came to the convolution it was just grease burning if the manifold, however it sounds like it's running on three cylinders, not sure what it could be? Also tried the hub bolt again, tried using some freeze spray stuff, didn't work, my dad tried, still would not budge, so we have the heavys coming tomorrow.

So much for a week of work, can't get there because of this, I wonder if the cows miss me?

My hub nuts were stupid tight. My dad's a big guy and even him on the scaffold pole it wasn't budging. I bought a clarke impact wrench and the buggers were off in 2 seconds

Thanks, the problem with that is would I have to buy a new socket, or could I use the normal socket and not an impact socket?

Strange, the driver side rear sticks out half an inch more than the passenger rear, wonder what it could be?

Providing that the drivers side doesn't have a wider drum or spacer installed it could be the rear subframe. Seems fairly common on aftermarket replacement subframes for misalignment when installed.

That impact wrench is great, I've got the same one! Loadsa power. Would be best to buy a impact socket as you wouldn't want a normal socket shattering and bits of socket flying everywhere :)

Is there any way to remedy it? Sledge hammer? :)

You're probably better off taking some measurements to start with to find out if it is the subframe which is out. I'm not an expert on this but I would suggest that a sledge hammer isn't a good idea.
