Bloody awesome isn't it. Bet they cost a bit though:

Although some people don't like minispeed, most of the performance parts on my car are from them. All top quality and all arrived very quickly.

these people are making the proper Arden 7ports. Not the want to be 8ports!

285hp and Rear wheel drive. Now thats a mini

but what really needs to be done is a pickup with a 572 big block chevrolet in the truck bed. with 650hp..... that mini would haul some serious ass.

those jkd heads have been out for years now, from memory they came out just after the kad head. i remember them launching the head at the miniworld action day at castle comb in about '92.
IMO, they look a bit neater than the kad head, but i dont know how they compare performance wise.

Wouldn't fancy dealing with the torque stear on the chevy option!

How come no-one's got em? The 8port 1460 16valver must be incredible with a 5speed JKD s/c box! You could whack a super charger on that and it's got to be the ultimate a-series running gear.

I may be persuaded to stick that in the minus if instead of converting it for a bike kit.
But we'll see about the costs. Might need to re-mortgage tho!

ummm
V8 front wheel drive
doesn't work too good
Cadillac tried it
they had 500cu in v8's with FWD in the 70's
yah.... they dropped that real quick

If the engine is in the truck bed.... why would you divert the power to the front wheels?
