I put a adjustable needle valve in my clutch line and adjust it to take a half a second to bleed down.  This way I can floor the throttle at what ever RPM I want, side step the clutch, and it gives me a smooth launch.

PS I don't worry about shifting when driving because of my paddle shift I never use the clutch.

Is type of needle valve you used with adjustable flow in one direction only, so the clutch would respond straight away when you put your foot on the pedal?

No, both directions.

you could try changing the clutch master cylinder to a 14mm this gives a better pedal with the full stroke rather than the short stroke the standard cylinder gives

I have done this! I would highly recommend it. It is like night and day now. No F1 starts. Can use it in traffic. It's just what you are looking for.
