Great!

Is your Mini on display then whilst it is being assembled?

@Ben_O

Hahaha! No, though that would be cool. Like the Mini MiniSpares build during IMM 2014.

Those pictures where taken at some oldtimer event in the Netherlands.

My coach builder took it there to put it on display at his stand there.

For the first time (since I own it) it stands on it's own wheels!

The Mini will come home soon, then I can finally start working on it myself!

Just read through your build. Very nice work, great colour combination and cool idea for a cooper replica.

Finally the drip rails have arrived!image.jpeg
Drip rails replaced, body work is FINISHED! :D

Edit: Typo's[/quote]
hi there, out of interest how did the drip rails fit. The replacement ones are straight but the roof guttering curves in at each end. Can I ask how you got round that?

@HUBBA.HUBBA

They don't look straight to me whilst laying on the roof.
If they where altered in any way you'll have to ask the coach builder Jeroen Klomp from 7heaven (www.7heaven.nl).
They did all my body work for me.
