Police Office 1962 - New Addington, Surrey.
"Police officer goes back to his desk. A telephone rings. He answers the phone and starts getting ready to leave. He presses a switch which diverts all incoming calls to the nearest police station, takes his hat and leaves. He walks towards the van. It is small - it's a Mini! (908 DXC) Another man waits for him in the car. Policeman gets into the van and they drive off."

RAC Mini Vans To Help Motorists 1963 - Epsom, Surrey
Pan, fifty or sixty mini vans lined up round a pond in front of the R.A.C. Country Club. SV. One of the vans with patrol man standing beside it. SV. & GV. AA change from motorcycles to mini vans, Longbridge, Birmingham.
