Hi minihobbymini he did stand up well for a nearly 40 year old mini, the swing into us was hard, from looking at the scene it really didn't look bad at all then had someone from a well known resto company come out and look both of us said it could be done however panels alone was over 4K plus upon further inspection the pillars where bent even the drivers side pillar and bent to the left, wasn't good at all, the passenger door you can't see properly in the pic is like a banana and was pushed back to the point it wouldn't shut just to give you an example of how far it had all moved, but we are ok and that's what matters metal can be replaced but life's can't, now he is going just want to move on from it all now.I've not seen the pictures but it sounds like quite a hard nock to have moved the shell so much?
Glad you're ok, testiment to your work really.
Didn't you have salvage retention on your policy? Didn't think they could class something as cat b if you have salvage rights?

Desperately sad to see Ned written off but it's a good thing that you weren't hurt. Any chance of compensation from the Focus driver/idiot? I assume you'll have to wait for his court case?
Here's hoping for an awesome resto project
