You can fit it in the middle of the rear valance much like the Peugeots. There was a thread about rear fogs on here so do a search in Google and you should find it.

I think if it's in Belgium it will need to be fitted either in the centre or the l/h side if it's registered there. Not sure what your rules and regs are for there. (I'm talking about a single rear fog light here and not two as fitted to some modern cars)

I've seen people cut a hole in the rear valence in the centre and put them in there

12. Achtermisllicht.

So if I understand this correctly, you can put your fog light on the left or in the middle...

I put mine in the centre and mounted it to the bumper (through the centre bracket !) did mean drilling through my new bumper bracket, and it is completely hidden so looks neat!

One of last months magazine feature cars (can't remember whether it was Miniworld or Minimag) had a similar set up, thought it look very neat.  Will be doing the same for my Elf when finished.  Our Mini has had it fitted into the rear light cluster by a previous owner.

In the UK there are very specific regulations as to where the fog light can be and what type of light it must be...

I did write an FAQ which had a picture, but the picture has long since gone...

http://www.theminifo...rear-fog-light/

I suspect the same reg's apply in continental Europe but where it reads Right replace with Left for those who drive on the right ( wrong ) side of the road.

This is actually illegal, so don't do this.
