Hi all, need to re-trim drivers seat on my British Open Classic. Just the fabric as the leather is in good condition !
Can any one point me somewhere to find the correct "countryman tweed" as I keep hitting dead ends !
My auto trimmer only needs a metre or so, and Newton Commercial don't seem interested as it's such a small amount
Any ideas

After phoning every company on the internet, I phoned my local breakers yard !

Told him what I needed and he said yes pop in I've got a few BOC parts lying around !
An hour later I was in possession of a complete rear seat cover !

Very lucky that day !!

I have the same issue as I have a big hole (see picture attached).
I plan to change all trim, but if there is a way to change only the damaged tweed and keep original trim, it would be much better!

In the end, I found 2 front seats from another British open. Dirty but not damaged. I replaced my damaged cover by the other one. I refurbished the cloth and leather using ColourLock products. Almost brand new seats!

What I did:

- deep cleaning using leather cleaner

- degreasing

- liquid leather to repair damage leather where necessary (custom colour)

- leather dye (custom colour)

- leather protector

- leather shield
