Has anybody had the same issue? Basically when the steering wheel/column is in certain positions the brake pedal cannot be pressed passed the knuckle as the wilwood pedal hits the nut/bolt going through or the flanges these are fixing through.

I'll get a few pictures later to show the issue in more detail but wondering if this a problem others have come across and or rectified? and if so how?

Just to clarify a few points I'm using the Wilwood pedal box along with the z-cars column assy.

Kev, I had the same problem, I welded the column to the UJ in the end. Careful not to put too much heat into the UJ else you'll feck the UJ. IIRC I removed the bit that the bolt would have fitted through as well to avoid any interference. Defo something that needs attention in future kits...

I thought that would be the resolve but didn't want to do it incase there was an easier option. Thanks Andy.

I cut off half of the uj shoulder and made a screw clamp that sits flush with the uj shoulder, then just to be sure managed to gain a bit of movement and nudged the rack over to gain that little bit more, I think I managed to rotate the rack a bit as well which helped, and re mounted the top column brackets which also helped with a better angle. But mine was a odd sized kit being a minus, so I thought I was alone with that problem.
