That's not too bad. Consider stripping it completely and getting the shell sand blasted if you intend to keep it long term

 

I restored a 1976 Mini 1000 for my daughter and fitted... a new front panel, both wings, new bonnet, both A panels, re-skinned both doors, both front halves of the floor, both outer sills and a rear valance. Other than that it's totally original hahaha
