DIN factory fitted radio removal

Hi I have just bought myself s new cdplayer but I cannot find the tool that removes the old rover radio cassette. It looks like a pair of u shaped coat hanger wires. Can anyone help!! :D

Have you tried a Rover dealer?

Find 2 small screwdrivers, that usually does the job for me, push them into the holes and it releases the radio!! you will need to pull it at the same time aswel.

Find a wire coat hanger, cut to size, bend to shape & hey presto!

i got to agree all u need is something small, making one out of coathanger wire is ur best bet as it just pushes some catches that releases teh radio...

iv'e used pop rivets in teh past, or go to halfords they sometimes sell replacements, or one of these overpriced high street stores that sell everything for the boy racers, (no offence if anyone is a boy racer, i'm having a small dig at the shops not you)
