Or does anybody else find z-cars extremely hard to get hold of when you have an issue?

When you phone they're all busy and emails don't get replies! If anybody has had success can they provide either an email address (other than sales; that's the only one I have) or a contact within the organisation who will actually progress and look into the issue.

Sorry for the rant

Cheers

Kev

Hi kev I have found them really helpful and have not been disappointed with the level of service received. Running a busy workshop and communicating with customers build problems must be a time consuming job trust me.

I'm not saying its an easy task to juggle all of the things they do, purely that once the money was in their bank I found some things hard to get out of them. I realise you get this with lots of companies but I also work and having to chase someone when it's their job isn't ideal. That said I've managed to get hold of them now and it was a quick 5 minute call to talk through the issues. Just a shame the email they saw and read previously was ignored when a quick sentence would have answered it; even a "we are looking in to this and will respond in due course" would have settled the worries I had, as just knowing they're looking into would have been nice.

Its good to know that you guys have had good service it just seems to me that during my build things haven't gone smoothly shall we say and this problem made me think more of the same.

I have found them to be both, Yes if you get through, very good and helpful. but getting in touch is half the battle. I wonder if they have seasons where they get lots of work, and slack off for christmas. But on the whole. Helpful.
