I recently purchased my first mini, and it is a mess!!!! Rust everywhere, but taking into account how hard they are to find here, it was that or nothing. What I have you guys would walk away from, so taking into account that the entire floor has to and so would the roof if purchasing a new one was an option, should I start by fixing the floor first? or leave it to the end when the car might have more structural support?
Where Should I Start First?

on mine i started by doing the drivers rear quarter first the front inner wing and then the door step then done the same to the other side so i had both side solid i then done my rear panel and got the toeboard in place and then put a new floor into it with the subframes and wheels in place to line it up and spot welded the new floor in. here is my project thread to give you a ruff idea how i done it. im not saying i done it in the correct order but will give you a ruff idea

Mine is fairly bad...my disadvantage is that I don't have easy access to replacement panels, so I'm gonna have to repair all the damage.
