Stolen Mini van

please help and bring awareness to all mini owners in our community. My friend had their mini van stolen this last night of the 28.8- morning of the 29-8 from Hartley Witney.1980 green, ex Southern electric works vehicle circa 1980. Has lots of welding work undertaken by owner recently who knows every inch of the car. The car was also laden with spares and sundries in the back. Please pass on any info to Hampshire police or me here.

If anyone has any advice or help , pointers please contact.

Oh dear, not another one.

I feel so bad for people who have their mini's stolen.

I am often around the Hampshire area and live on the Isle of Wight so i shall keep my eyes open although as much as it saddens me to say, i don't think it will be seen again.

Thieving scum

Ben

Try putting it out on facebook , search for pages about local towns etc , like the buy and sell pages , or things going on in so and so .  I did see someone getting a car back that way as people all over the place were keeping a eye out then posting up where they had seen it .

im afraid its a total loss- it was not insured.. it was just an on-going project that finally was nearly ready before these heartless criminals stole it.. the amount of stuff he had in the back of the van also , like tools, cooper steering wheel, 2 oval dashes.. old manual's.. door furniture.. it really is soul destroying..  why do people do these things.. the amount of work that was put into it hours and hours and hours... welding, engine rebuild..

it was a family airloom as it was once used by a mobile greengrocer , he passed it onto his granddaughter whos partner is into minis..  so its irreplaceable..

someone must know something about this..   very very very sad ..

I really wish you luck on this. I am getting sick of seeing 'stolen' posts, but never, ever ones that say 'It's been found!!'.
