Right folks, had a look and can't find what I'm looking for. Have wanted to fit a set of 4.5 Reverse Rims for years (not purchased a set yet), but only if I can get away with no arches and just the chrome arch trim. Waiting to go onto my Min is the Minispares 10' conversion kit, so is this possible with what I have, or can they be run archless with just drum brakes all round??

Reverse rims will need arches to stay legal

Have a look here - http://www.theminifo...with-no-arches/

Up to you, but i personally wouldn't run the risk. Standard black arches will still look good with them I think.

I used to love archless, but bit boring now

Cheers MM, I thought it was possible with the Dunlop Wheels as I've got a pic of a Danish (I think) Mini with no arches and Reverse Rims. No worries, will stick with what I have.

Don't need arches if you run drum brakes all round , only need arches when you convert to cooper s disc brakes and spacered rear drums

Cheers james

I've got mine on s discs and spacered drums but on 145 tyres and it brings the top of the tyre in a bit but still sticks out a tad.

Thanks for the replies chaps, think I'll get a set of Reverse Rims anyway. With or without arches.......................so classy! Alex, your van looks absolutely spot on!
