could anyone tell me the best place to get a new set of chrome bumpers for my 1990 mayfair also how do you go about sorting out corroded sills

there are tons of shops which sell mini parts, also try forum sales such as miniclassic.co.uk and ebay for cheap ones. i got 2 brand new unopened chrome bumpers for a £10'er inc p+p.
Sills, ur safer replacing them, espically if a MOT is due soon. They can be repaired and welded, but new ones is way to go.

don't get chrome bumpers, they will rust quicker..................
