Halfords professional sets are very good, they have a lifetime gaurantee.

 

plus 1 on this, but check in store, they are frequently half price but the discount doesn't show online. My Leeds branch has had them on cheap for ages but the online price is full price.

Those spanners from halfords are metric? Not that many decent imperial sets about when I was looking recently.

Sandblasters use a lot of air. You would need a decent petrol compressor to cope with blasting for long periods

Yes these are metric but they also do imperial but they seem to be a different brand to the Halfords pro set
