That looks like a metal rocker cover, which has had clear acrylic vacuum formed over it.

Buy/make a vacuum former and some plastic and your done!

Be cool if you could use that on the mino well untill it gets coverd in oil

The melting temperature may be a problem. Youd end up with oil galleries full of plastic.

Once it gets oil on it wont you get oil burnt on to it and just end up with a mess?!

Would look nice if you're got a set of roller rocker and anodised caps but practicaly would be useless

back in school we used to use acrilic i fink its called that bout 3-4mil think it heats up the plastic then sucks it down i immagin you could find a place that does it

We used to use acrylic, only like 1/2mm. Came out nice. Do it right and the clear plastic won't cloud up.

Have a look on YouTube for instructions how to make a vacuum former. Then heat the plastic in an oven.
