Hi,

Just fitted a new 59D dizzy to my 1990 rover mini, does anyone know what the timing should be set to? I was told about 8-10 degrees but I don't think that's quite right.

Thanks In advance!

I run mine(1993 1275 sprite) at 10°, runs good but sometimes 'runs on' (due to short runs)

Great, it runs alright at about 8, I think it just needs a good carb clean to run properly.

Any advice on removing and cleaning the carb? Had a look but can't quite figure it out, cheers
