Anyone fitted sports pack wheels with other arches???
Preferably skinny sort of arches.
I have the late cooper pop rivet type on arches and wondered what they would look like covering sports pack wheels

Hey lad I was lookin to do the same thing I seen a picture on google images with sport pack wheels and standard arches looks class but would never pass mot here as the top of the arch is flush with the wheel but as the wing slopes down and in the tire is exposed then the prob I had with slightly bigger arches I think they were Monte Carlos they needed to fix to the lip on the wing which is cut off to stop the wheels hitting body so I just ordered new sport pack arches and gunna space the wheels as far out as I can

A guy who had something to do with Playmini had a blue one with sportpack wheels under mini special arches, in one of the magazines years ago...

Visit playmini site, go to magazine articles, look for 1380 mini

I used to love this car, as I've got older so have my tastes! Archless with 10"s for me now

Couldn't tell you! Only ever see it parked on side of road or driving along so never got a chance to see! Sorry! I would have said they would be not covered so well at the front but I couldn't definitively say!

I think the lip of the arches should normally be about level with the wing arch at the top, if you know what I mean?! However I trimmed off 25 mm all around the front arch for the 13" wheels and tyres so now the grp2 arch sits lower at the top of the wheel arch than the lip on the wing. The arches themselves were a right bugger to fit as the shape didn't match that of the wing, a lot of pulling and twisting and swearing!!
