I have got a court case on the 5th of November with a body shop who used fibre glass on the inner and outer sills. I was just wondering am I in the write to refuse them to do the work if they offer so I can used another garage?

Not sure what the legal stance is,  but they may ask the court for a chance to correct there work. I doubt there gonna mess it up twice when they know they will. end up back in court.

did they fibre glass all of it?

Yeah fibre glassed both sills, I will upload some pics of it, would I have to agree for them to correct as they had the chance to do it proper in the first place?

To upload more pictures use Photobucket, its free, once you have an account with them then upload your pictures onto there. Then once done if you hover over the top right hand corner of the picture a small star will appear and a drop down list.  Click on get links and click on the IMG CODE. This will then automatically copy the picture and then you can paste it on here.

If that's an oversill (witch I think it might be with the lack of vents) a bit of fiberglass would be the least of your problems.

Proper job
101 way how to make your mini rust quicker
I think they can offer either to carry the work out them selfs again or if you disagree I think you can suggest a company to carry out the work and they pay
I would leave the car until the court case had finished as its evidence as well as trading standards and etc can actually look

The whole of the undercar is fibreglass they didnt use any sills what so ever. The only thing I have done to the car is strip it down ready for the work to carried out.
