Anyone got any idea what these are and what they look like on a mini? I'm after old reverse rims... But it's proving difficult / costly to find any... Could these be a good alternative?

Unfortunately or fortunately depending on who you are no one makes reproduction reverse rims. The one's you've linked to are Cooper S replicas rather than the wider offset reverse rims.
I can't speak for the quality of the ones above but I have fitted a set of the proper steel ones that Mini Sport sell and they were very good. Clicky
