What's with the bullying on this guy? Everybody has to make a living somewhere. Just because they can't offer YOU a better quote than you have, that doesn't mean they can't beat somebody else's renewal.

yes +1! Although a lot of whats been posted has been insurance drivel, I do think that some of the responses have been at best rude! if they cant quote competitively just go else where simple as that! they will soon learn that they need to be fair when they are running out of trade.

I agree regards the rude posts BUT not with regards to the high quotes. It's importent for people to leave feedback. This company has been 'keen' (aggressive some would say) in its marketing on here with repeated promises of low premiums. I wasted twenty minutes of my time only to be told they don't do classic policies despite them bordering on spamming this site with regards to how cheap they are - and this site is dedicated to CLASSIC cars. As I said in my earlier post, the guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful but that doesn't get away from the fact that I wasted twenty minutes for no reason. I think it's only fair to make sure other members are informed that they don't do classic policies and that their costs aren't always good, contrary to the impression given. I would happily try them again on a normal car based on the customer service standards, but not on a classic.

There were two posts responding to the quotes, and neither were rude - one stating facts; the other an optimistic question!  O_O

Well I tried to get a quote yesterday by phone. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful although explained they were too busy to give me a quote there and then so took my phone number with the promise that I would receive a call the following day (today)its now 3 minutes to 8 and no call. Clearly they do get enough trade despite the expensive quotes some have mentioned!

Hi Rob
I checked this & have just received this from the manager of the team -

'I remember it – I took the call on Tues night and said we would call him back on Wednesday after 6pm. We tried him twice last night and had a message stating “the number you have called cannot connect right now, please try again later” or something to that effect. I have evidence on the call listening system. Was around 6.30-6.45 pm.'

Can you pm me your name & number please and we can try again? (Or an alternative number?)

Thanks
Tim
