Buy the car, get it put on a limited mileage classic policy (even if your parents have to put it in their name to start with depending on your age) then get the insurance sorted, at least you will still have your dream car, by the looks of it the metro is your everyday transport

It will say on the aggregator site that they give you a price on a lot of assumptions made and you ring the company itself to make sure the information is correct, they can do what they want, you don't have to go with that company, no point arguing because they'll just tell you that


Also go across to HIC I paid £260 for my 998 turbo :)

+1 for HIC/Adrian Flux (theyre sister companies).

 

They have kept my business for 4 years straight. Every year I manage to find a cheaper quote and every year they beat it. Managed to wriggle them down to £300 agreed valuation this year.

Never knew that....

But I know it's common for different insurance companies to be all part of the same company
