Is the best way to tell if a shell is straight to choose lots of opposing points and measure between them to see if it all adds up?

also how can you tell if the subby has pushed the floor? i know it sounds silly but without a before and after set of photos, even with another stripped mini next to it, im struggling to decide. it may have moved a bit but dont want to just guess haha

The original BMC Workshop Manual has a fully dimensioned drawing of the main body-shell points and these can be measured. Bear in mind that there is a manufacturing tolerance.

Get one of these manuals and measure everything very accurately and you'll have the answer.
