so the question is if you put a turbo in your hayabusa Zcars monte carlo mini would it be a turbo-lag?? if it was how do you fix it??

I can't quite work out what you are asking here?
'Turbo lag' can vary from one application to another.
Your rate of turbo lag will depend upon the setup you choose.

If lag is an issue you might consider using a Rotrex Supercharger as they do not suffer from lag issues. TTS in the UK make a kit for the Busa: http://www.tts-perfo...-top-mount/c1o1
