I fitted some non genuine wings and front panel to my 1994 one of the wings and the front panel went on perfect and the other one I must have spent 4-5 hours to get it to line up correctly but fits as good as genuine. So just depends on how much time you want to faff about lining panels up :)
When you fit this was it the drivers wing that was a pain to fit, I've fit 3 front ends using non genuine and every one the drivers wing took ages to get to fit. Think i had to re make the flange to fit front panel about 1/2 to 3/4" further up BUT other than that they fit all ok and mines been on road 2 years a daily driver and all is still good!!
