I'm trying to decide to continue down the rear beam route or go back down the subframe route.
I wanted to go rear beam (or rear subframe!) because I had to cut the rear mounts out to rid the rot! Doing this had meant I only have a single bit of metal there now.. The boot floor.
What other panels do I need for the rear mounts?
I think it's the wheel arch to boot floor panel and the rear valance closing panels. But am I missing one?
Thanks

The rear valence closing panel should come with 2 pieces of panel spot welded ontop of one another, heritage panels do anyway. So that is 2 layers, you then have the boot floor, 3 layers and finally the spreader bracket welded to the boot floor and the inner arch that the 2 subframe bolts go through. HTH

As above, have a look at page 2 and 12 on my project (the green link below) and you can see the layers.

So this panel is doubled up as the closure panel and rear subframe mount? http://www.minispare.../ALA5528MS.aspx
So 2 of these and then 2 arch to boot floor panels are needed?
Thanks for the help so far!

Yes, the 2 holes in the centre are where the subframe bolts through, there are 2 plates welded together there. You need one of these per side and one floor to arch brackets per side. Both pieces are handed so ensure you get a RH and LH of each

Instead of starting a new thread, I will just ask in here:
I cut out both my rear subframe rear mounts to replace them. Once I had done one, I reattached the subframe and roughly marked out the holes. I then removed the subframe and cut out the other side. I got rid of the subframe in between so I didn't mark the holes for the side I had just cut out.
Now I'm eyeing up another subframe, so if I was to attach the subframe to the 3 corners already marked would this be okay? It won't make me car snake or anything?
Thanks
