I don't have a dizzy anymore as I have an ecu and it turns out my car might need some extra breathers, is there a kit that you can buy to go in the dizzy hole for a breather?

I've often wondered this. Always thought that it would be a good mod.

There are many bungs. But not seen a breather kit.

Not hard to drill a hole and tap it for a fitting. Otherwise have a chat with some of the guys that make the bungs to see if they can do a breather version.

But how many breathers have you got now?

Just thinking back a direct hole in the bung might not be too good with oil throw but.....

theres not a kit, but have a measure of the diameter,  it might be the ssame as the coreplugs... in which case the fitting from a dry deck hose conversion should fit, and could be retained with the dissy clamp.

I only have the 1 in the tappet cover.

I already have a bung in there I wouldn't have a problem drilling it out to be honest, I can always weld a pipe onto as well so I don't get oil coming out

Well you can fit many more.

Rocker cover.
Transfercase.
Timing chain cover.
Fuel pump opening (if mech fuel pump not being used).

If you are open venting it then fine, but if you are still going to be using it as a full PCV system tapping one into the rocker cover will stop the system working.

Rocker cover would need some drilling and welding

It's a 998 and the transfer case is blocked off

Timing chain cover needs the rad removing to change CBa for that

Fuel pump hole is being used by my turbo oil drain

Don't 998s have the tappet covers and a breather pipe on the front one (nearest water pump)?

Trans case can be opened up and used.

And I would be adding as many as I can. And even looking at a dual oil drain and breather for the fuel pump opening.

And there is the route of your problem.

You have a possible problem with the turbo that might be fixed by adding to the breathing system but you can't be bothered to sort it.

Christ the easiest it to just fit a new rocker cover with breather.
