Has anyone upgraded the bulet/block connectors for something more modern and reliable? I have had issues over the last few years with the rusty connections even though i seem to replace the connectors every few years. there must be something better out there

cheers

Thing is the reason bullets are used is they fit through small holes. If you fit something bigger then any time you need to pull out a headlamp harness or fit a new one you will be into proper re-wiring again, where the standard bullet ended replacement would snap straight in. It might be an idea to replace them all with new again and seal each set using adhesive lined heat shrink.

I would recommend putting a smear of Vaseline over male terminal before pushing it into the female. The Vaseline helps keep the moisture out
