Hi all I have stripped cleans and rebuilt my gear linkage just want to no what grease to put in it.
If any one could help that would be great cheers.

Just a smear of normal grease in the cup that the stick sits in and the aluminium cup that the selector rod is attached to

Also grease on selector rod where it slides thru housing and the steel base plate around the reverse gate/ lift angled plate
