Hi, some of you may recognise my car from the attached photos as she's been in the Mini World magazine twice. I have had her since 2001 and had some changes made to make it a slightly more practical to drive on today's roads. Whilst she was off having some alterations I moved home and spent all my spare time fixing up the house.
Anyway to cut a long story short I have finally started working on the old girl again this summer. So far I have rewired and added a few extra bits (Central locking, DRL's, additional guages, remote boot opener etc.) replaced the coolant hoses, and changed over to electronic egnition.
I've still got a long way to go and If all goes well I'll be getting her resprayed yellow in the new year.

I fell in love with it when I was 18, and had the opertunity to buy it eight years later (which I just had to do, even though it needed a bit of TLC).

Don't know if it's just me but the front looks like a mk1 escorts and the rear looks like an old school porsche.

1380 stage 3. The head has MED200 stamped on it but I can't seem to find any information as to what it relates to.
