My old man use to do that , hang them by the neck until it falls to the floor . 

 

I think that nowadays a lot of that is put down to people doing it because they have been told thats right . Each to there own !

Yum skin browned off & slow cook like a casserole or roasted with bacon on the top.... scrummy & my 6 year old loves it, lucky you & good luck beating your score next time!

Thanks firstmini, It,s nice to hear someone has introduced their youngster to some fine healthy food, it,s just a shame that it seems to be a bit taboo in this nanny state of ours.

Mine were all brought up on rabbit, duck, venison and pheasant from an early age and do still eat it when it is available.

Pheasant I beat the breasts out to escalopes, breadcrumb them and do them as escalopes - YUM

Rabbit I love a stir fry. Or poached loin wrapped in pancetta.

Worked as a chef for a big country estate for a while so was always up to the eyeballs in game & had to try a few different things :)
