Not much use on a mini though as the points where you jack from are so far under the car

Just bought one too, this will be handy for me. Means i won't have to ram the jack in to get it under my rear subrame if this jack works well enough.

My current jack is a hilka, been totally reliable (although I have had a fluid leak at some point).  Compare this to the £50 Halfords one, currently reduced to £35, I reckon they're the same item. Ordered.

Nice find. I always have to drive onto block just to raise my mini and MINI to get the current jack under them :P this will do nicely for that price!

Ordered one. I usually have to use the wheel change Jack on my daily mx5 just to get it started before the main Jack will fit. Bargain, must be clearance stock or something.

I get all my Jacks from SGS Engeneering.

Top quality, they sell Ally racing ones and low profile. And very cheaply too!

While it is low profile, i am not sure that the "low profile" part is long enough, meaning you might not get the jack far enough under the car?

I don't think 89mm is low enough to get under my front subby still :(
