They offered me a fiver, so I am waiting for a manager to call me back. Not happy with that.

They are claiming they have nocontrol over third party sellers, strange my confirmation email says supplied bt Amazon EU. But I waiting to speak to the head honcho as the phone guys have little that they can do. They told me they would call by 8.20 so we shall see.

They called back just in time, £20 voucher as a good will gesture. Would have preferred the Jack but they say they don't have any so no point pushing that one.

Thought £10 was a bit too good to be true.
