I was looking into doing this, bought a stubby bike can and a few exhaust bends before getting a fletcher mini system and forgetting the bike exhaust, my plan was using a standard mini RC40 centre pipe and a 90deg bend to the bike can on the valance. Easy enough to knock up

Im afraid I am planning to keep it, I have an idea about using it on a BMW 2002 that I want to build after the mini. Sorry! but keep your eyes open on ebay, mine is just a plain bike can thats been cut down I think so search ebay for a noname brand one and you can always cut them down (on most the ends are riveted on so drill out rivets, remove deadening inside, cut down body and redrill and rivet)

Akrapovic are very highly regarded in the M/C world and are seriously expensive, especially the titanium systems which can be well North of £1000.  Have a look on Youtube for some of their vids, they are a serious outfit!

Just go onto the motorcycle parts section on ebay and search for silencer or back box.

I had a motorbike back box I was gonna fit on mine. Never bothered and gave it too a mate. I think its just sat in his garage, if he isn't gonna use it and you want to come collect it have it. I'll have to check with him first though.
