Im currently in the process of doing the conversion so dont have much to go by at the moment. Just wondering what costs would be. It needs to be welded to the flange of the micra inlet with a steep enough incline to miss the bulkhead ledge. Then another flange to bolt the throttle body to.

Thats not come out how i drew it on the preview lol. It kinda shows what i mean. So a main body with 4 inlet tubes coming down to connect to the flange. Plus the throttlebody to the right

I think I know what you mean. It sounds similar to what instantcustard wants for his set up.

Do you want the standard inlet modifying or a new one making up? Does it have injector bosses on the inlet stubs? Any pictures of your current inlet manifold?

It's a bit difficult to quote a price, without know exactly what needs doing, If it's a basic inlet/plenum without injector bosses or trumpets then it would be around the £200 mark.

It would be using the standard inlet flange with injector holders - the rest back from that would be custom although i have a corolla inlet to cut and shut to it which ive been told works well. Il get a picture of all the parts to show you what i mean.

666 junky - I should have the parts this week to make a plenum up for someone doing the same conversion as you.

I'll post some pictures up once it's complete. :-)

Another bespoke exhaust complete for the k1100 turbo. i will soon have a similar 'universal' manifold available for the k1100 turbo conversion.

Yeah I make the manifolds on TM for the 5 port, to allow fitment of the gt17 turbo without any bulkhead mods.

I'm in the middle of making one, so I'll get a picture of later when the welding is all finished. :-)

They are now £375 for both manifold and downpipe. Both made from stainless, and come with the clamps and a lambda boss welded on in the position of your choice.

Here we are, this is one I've just finished welding this evening. It's for the 5 port to suit a gt1752 turbo. Turbo flange is positioned to give maximum bulkhead clearance on both compressor and exhaust housings.

Thanks. :-) Yeah this is for the standard 5 port head.

The downpipe is sized to fit over a 2" centre section exhaust, and left long so the centre section can be shortened to suit, to fit make of centre section in 2".
