When I bought my clubby it came fitted with a heated windscreen, having driven it for the first time in rain today iv established that neither the heated windscreen nor rear window work. Having no prior knowledge of heated windscreens has anyone got any suggestions, checked all of the fuses and there all intact.

Try to find if you've got a feed going to the screen, there should be a spade terminal or something where the wire joins the screen just flick the switch on and use a test meter or a bulb to establish wether you've got power going to the screen. Next i'd try taking the switch out and see if you've got power going to that. Also try where the rear loom joins the main loom (this is under the passenger side of the scuttle panel) to see if theres any loose wires. If the wiring turns out to be okay then you're probably gonna need a new screen.
