I'm going to replace some rubber seals - starting with those for the rear quarter lights in my mini. Can anyone suggest a suitable glue - presumably a rubber compound adhesive to ensure they stay in position?

thanks

Mike

they do not need glue to stay in position , they just grip on to the seam , but if you are worried about leaks you can use a non-hardening windscreen sealer between the rubber and the car body and if you have the non opening windows in the rear quarters the sealer can be used between the rubber and the glass .
