Quick question, how do you fit those chrome window sealing strips that go on the inside and outside of a wind up window door?
Do you push the clips on first....or slide the clips into the moulding then push the whole lot on together..

When you tap the strip onto the clips make sure the window glass is wound fully down. I had a window glass which was about 1 mm too high and when I tapped it with a rubber mallet, guess what. DOH

Slide clips into channel - equally space them with one at each end and then push down firmly. Persuade with a rubber mallet if needed.

So would you fit the clips onto the door first then push the moulding over the top?
