moisture/water in floor pan
 

not alot carpets feel damp tho donst seem to get worse i noticed it after i used my washers? not saying that problem that was when i notied it but that night it did rain to so

Check your washer hoses under the scuttle, as it's possible that you have a leak that's running down the engine bay side of the bulkhead and then down into the footwells through one of the many holes for screws/cables/hoses etc. It could be coming from a number of other places though, assuming you haven't got a hole/corrosion in the floor pans, then other places to check are the windscreen seal, the door seals, the door check strap seals, or even for a leaking heater matrix. Sitting inside the car and looking for leaks whilst someone else sprays the car with a garden hose is often a good place to start.
